Recently, a customer from Gansu Province ordered a complete set of RIVER PEBBLE SAND MAKING PRODUCTION LINE from DSMAC. Based on the material characteristics and specific customer needs, our engineer recommends suitable equipment to customer, which greatly saves investment costs and wins customer recognition.
 

This project is hosted by a sand and gravel processing enterprise in Gansu, planning to build a 300t/h river pebble sand making production line. The raw materials are riverbed sand and pebbles, foundation pit sand and pebbles and other mixtures. The feed particle size is below 200mm, and the soil content is high. After crushing treatment, the mixture can be directly screened and shaped into three types: 0 to 5mm, 5 to 20mm, and 20 to 40mm. Those larger than 40mm are crushed and processed into aggregates of 16 to 31.5mm, totaling four kinds of finished materials. In order to meet these needs, our company has designed a "crushing + shaping + screening" process plan for customers. The main machine uses a European jaw crusher, coupled with an sand making shaping machine and a circular vibrating screen, to obtain a reasonably graded high-quality machine-made sand.
