Recently, a set of MODULAR JAW CRUSHING STATION by DSMAC for molybdenum ore crushing was successfully put into use in Inner Mongolia.

The modular jaw crushing station is designed to produce 200-450 tons per hour, and is mainly used to crush local molybdenum ore. According to the actual needs of customers, the core crushing machine of equipment is JC jaw crusher, which can roughly break hard rock and ore, and the output size is ≤300mm. The modular design can not only ensure the production capacity requirements of the project, but also reduce the project investment cost.

The modular equipment including the modular jaw crushing station is a new type of equipment that arranges feeders, crushers, sand making machines and other equipment on a single or multiple integrated base. It does not require civil engineering and has a compact structure. A unit modular equipment can be installed and moved as a whole. According to customer production requirements, different modules can be flexibly configured and work independently or in conjunction with each other to complete the performance of the entire system.

Compared with traditional fixed and mobile jaw crushers, the modular jaw crushing station can reduce land occupation and civil construction costs, with less installation workload, short preparation time. It has been widely used in various rocks and ores with high hardness primary crushing, construction waste recycling, railway, highway, energy, cement, chemical, construction and other industries.
