The granite modular production line project is designed for making sand with the capacity of 300 tons per hour, following the principle of wet sand making process. The production line is composed of skid-mounted equipment such as jaw crusher module, cone crusher module and impact sand maker module, with fine sand recovery module and sewage treatment system, which greatly reducing the investment cost, shortening the process flow and improving the production efficiency in the preliminary investment and construction stage.

In addition to the granite modular production line, the skid-mounted crushing equipment can also form a variety of production lines for the crushing of different types of materials. Compared with the installation method of the traditional fixed production line, this granite modular production line occupies a smaller area and has less installation workload, which greatly saves civil construction costs and labor costs. Since the installation cycle is short, it can be put into production quickly. Each type of modular equipment can work independently, also work together through the flexible configuration according to different needs. So far, the modular production line has been widely used in granite, pebble, limestone and other ore crushing projects.
