The EPC general contracting project for the CONSTRUCTION WASTE RECYCLING PLANT in Leqing, Zhejiang Province by DSMAC has successfully completed and passed customer acceptance, which proves the reliable processing technology and excellent mechanical manufacturing capabilities of our company.
 

This construction waste recycling plant is the first phase of the Leqing Construction Waste Resource Utilization Project. The project covers an area of 35.77 acres and is designed with the concept of high efficiency, intelligence, and green environmental protection. It aims to turn local construction waste into valuable resources, producing recycled aggregates as green building materials, with an estimated annual output value of up to 60 million RMB.
 

The main equipment of the construction waste recycling plant include ZSW vibrating feeder, PE European version jaw crusher, HP European version cone crusher, PCX high-efficiency sand making machine, YK circular vibrating screen, QZF lightweight material separator, and other equipment. Its top-level and long-tail design concept ensure that the production capacity meets standards. It adopts a fully enclosed, high-standard production workshop, and a layout of environmentally-friendly intelligent production lines for building waste. The entire line operates with precision, and through innovation of disposal processes and operational modes, the equipment can be reset in a reasonable manner according to the conditions of raw materials and different product requirements.
 

This construction waste recycling plant is not the first large-scale EPC general contracting project that DSMAC has participated in in the Zhejiang region. After signing the contract, we strictly control the entire process, from project planning to equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning, personnel training, and equipment maintenance, striving to create a composite and high standard project. During the commissioning and testing stage, the entire production line runs stably, with results exceeding the client's expectations, so that we received frequent praise from the client in the acceptance process.
