Recently, the CONSTRUCTION SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL PROJECT in Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, which is jointly built by DSMAC and the owner, has come with good news - the first phase of renovation garbage (bulky, bagged garbage) disposal production line with the annual treatment of 300,000 cubic meters has been completed, and the second phase of construction and demolition garbage disposal production line with the annual treatment of 500,000 tons is being built in an orderly manner.
The total investment of the construction solid waste disposal project is about 280 million yuan, covering an area of 122 acres, with the comprehensive resource utilization of the C&D garbage, decoration (large) garbage regarded as the main direction. This is the first local construction solid waste resource-based comprehensive utilization project.

According to the customer's investment needs and use of occasions, DSMAC launched a construction waste dry four-stage sorting process program: a positive pressure wind selection, the second phase of manual sorting, the third phase of negative pressure suction wind selection, the fourth phase of dual-frequency dual wind selection. Each sorting machine is set in different crushing and screening route sections, deploying the best wind speed, wind pressure and flow rate according to the different particle sizes of light materials and raw material properties, to step-by-step strip the light materials from large to small pieces, and ultimately obtaining high-clean aggregates. At the same time, without using water and sewage disposal problems, the process route is more simple because of smaller investment, lower production costs and small space occupation.
